I am an archaeologist working in northwestern North America, primarily in Alaska and the northern Great Plains. I am interested in the early archaeological record and how Native peoples navigated the radical environmental changes of the Late Pleistocene and Early Holocene. I also partner with several tribes to study the archaeology and legacy of early European encounters.
